I'm truly excited to announce Intertwined: The Art of Basketry an exhibit in San Francisco at Arc Gallery & Studios that I am co-curating which showcases several artworks by BABM members and artist in the Bay Area. There is a show catalog which you can preview here.
The exhibition dates are February 22 - April 5, 2025. Arc Gallery is located at 1246 Folsom Street, between 8th & 9th streets in San Francisco's SOMA neighborhood. (3 blocks from the Civic Center BART station on Market Street) Arc Gallery is open 1-6 PM on Wednesdays & Thursdays and 12-3 PM on Saturdays, or by appointment.

Curatorial Tour & Artists Talk:
Sunday, March 2nd, 1:30-3:30pm
Join us on Sunday to meet the curators and many of the artists where you will learn more about the artists and their artwork exhibited.
Pop-Up Basket & Textile Sale:
Sunday, March 16th, 11am-4pm
On sale will be additional artwork, baskets, sculptures, textiles, and jewelry made by myself and other Bay Area artists.

Come spend a few hours with us and create your very own handmade basket to take home. This introductory course will provide the basic skills needed to begin basketmaking. Don't miss this opportunity to unleash your creativity and learn a new skill! All materials and tools to create a small reed basket that measures 4 x 4 inches will be provided in this workshop. These skills can be built upon in future workshops.
